Rename custom viz designer to Data Explorer
As we move from solely adopting the viz designer for Product analytics use cases to a more holistic, data agnostic mechanism to query and visualize your data from PA, o11y, and optimize (and others!), we want to update the naming to reflect more of the reality of what you might encounter when clicking a button. Not all users need to create a custom viz, they may simply want to ask a question of their data. With that in mind, we want to update the button (and respective docs) to be a more generic Data Explorer name.
Open to different exact naming, Query your data, explore your data make sense from the top level (at the analytics dashboard list view screen), from within a dashboard "add visualization" area, this could just be a generic add a widget but you land in the data explorer experience.
