Update failed pipelines metric to failure rate

Release notes

Pipeline failure rate is crucial to understand if there are issues with pipeline performance. Instead of providing you with a single metric of failed pipelines over time, we now provide the failure rate percentage and allow you to view all pipelines that have failed.

Problem to solve

As a platform engineer, I want to know the failure rate of my pipeline at a glance, so I can understand if it is health or not.

Intended users

Software developers, Platform engineers

User experience goal

The user should be able to know what the failure rate of the pipeline is quickly. They should be able to navigate to failed pipelines if they need.

Proposal

• Replace the single stat of the count of failed pipelines with the failure rate percentage.
• Update the text of the link to view failed pipelines from See details to View all.
• Update the text of the single stat title from Failed pipelines to Failure rate.
