Remove Pages documentation for self-compiled installations

As GitLab has grown over the last few years, managing self-compiled installations has become challenging for customers.

We are no longer supporting GitLab Pages self-compiled installations, so we are planning to remove this documentation: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/pages/source.html
