Problem to solve

Currently, GitLab doesn't have any metrics or monitoring for the Security features that customers can use to tracker scanner performance and create alerts.

Proposal

Dashboards or metrics that can see how long it takes for security scans to run per pipeline, per repo/project, sub-group, etc.

• SAST scans took 15 seconds
• SCA scans took 3 seconds
• bubbling up all the times e.g. total time for security scans in this build = 45 seconds
