Verify Workspaces can run in Cells 1.0

Currently, KAS support within a Cell is still being worked on in Environments: Protocells Support (&13951). Once completed, we'd need to verify we can use Workspaces within a Cell.

Acceptance Criteria

• Test workspace creation and access, change,
• Test workspaces pull and push code commit, create branch etc
• Test workspace - other operations
• Test accessing a workspace through its URL (over HTTPS)
• Test accessing a workspace through SSH
