Manage "Time Settings" and "Time Preferences" from a single place
There is "Time Settings" in https://gitlab.com/-/user_settings/profile and "Time Preferences" in https://gitlab.com/-/profile/preferences
Which is a source of frustration for users, who don't expect multiple configuration places for that stuff. While there are, of course, conceptual and philosophical differences between "preferences" and "settings", I think users do not care - they are okay to change settings to set their preferences.
It's very annoying that Customers have to search gitlab issues to find this information.
