Return highlighted chunk for code search

Background

Code Suggestions is looking to use code search for context to send to the code creation model. Elasticsearch and Zoekt can be used for returning code search results.

Proposal

Experiment with how to provide a good context window for code results from Elasticsearch using the highlight as the centre for the context window and add that to the SearchService.
