AI Impact: [FE] Add Duo Chat usage tile

Overview

This is the frontend issue following the backend work of AI Impact: Expose monthly Duo Chat usage data (#467946 - closed) • Pavel Shutsin • 17.3.

Problem

Engineering leadership (Director/VP/CTO) need to demonstrate the ROI 💰 from the investments in AI features. Today, the AI Impact include only the Monthly Code Suggestions Usage rate.

Also, customers need the ability to know how many chat queries are made and how many were useful.

Proposal

1. UI Spec:

   • Tile title - Duo Chat: Unique users
   • ℹ️ 100 users interacted with Duo Chat in the last 30 days.

2. Add the last 30 days as the titleIcon field.

3. Objective: This metric indicates how often Duo Chat used by users, reflecting the adoption rate indicate if users find it useful and effective for their tasks.

4. Definition: Unique users that did at least 1 Duo Chat prompt in last 30 days.
