Render `(closed)` and `(merged)` for issue and merge request links in epic description

  • In the epic description, when you link to an issue or merge request, it doesn't render as (closed), if the issue is closed.
  • In other places in GitLab (such as issue/mr descriptions and comment boxes), it does do this. It would be nice to have parity.
