Add container registry to reference architecture

Add registry to reference architecture. When customers use reference architecture they expect everything in GitLab to just work and they are caught by surprise when things don't work. There is complexities unclear when setting up registry for different size instances.

Suggest adding to larger effort to ensure reference architecture includes all first class GitLab capabilities.
