Putting words with accents into the wiki title returns a 500 code error

Summary

Using Gitlab SaaS (libre tier) Adding new wiki page. If I put words with accents into the wiki title returns a 500 code error.

The page apears on the list on the right but it's not created really.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add new wiki page
2. Put works with accents in the page title
3. Click "Create page"

What is the current bug behavior?

When clicks "Create page" you get a 500 error page.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The wiki page should be created and return a 200.
