Add link to projects used in DORA Performers score panel

Release notes

The DORA Projects by DORA categories panel is a group-level table that list the status of the organization's DevOps performance levels across different projects. The table lists all projects with their DORA metrics, aggregating data from child projects within groups and sub-groups. The table includes sorting options by metric values, helping identify High, Medium, and Low-performing projects.

Proposal

The DORA Performers score panel should include a separate landing page that would list down the related projects that are being aggregated in the table similar to what we have for Contribution and Productivity analytics. This would provide better visibility for the users and help them understand which projects were considered for the metrics.
