Sorting issues by weight should sort them in descending order

Summary

In the project_name/issues page, when one sorts by weight of the issues, they come listed in ascending order; with the least weights first.

Steps to reproduce

What is the current bug behavior?

The issues get shown from lowest to highest weight

What is the expected correct behavior?

If the field was called 'Rank' or something then it'd be understandable to sort them this way, or maybe if there was a way to choose ascending or descending there wouldn't be a problem.

The field is called Weight so naturally people are going to expect it to be in descending. Higher weight would read as more important.
