Apollo MR pipelines - Fetch artifacts

When opening the artifacts dropdown in the new graphql page, there is an error that appears that the fetching failed. I believe this is because the artifact dropdown is using VueX actions and we should therefore either add VueX to the new page until the migration occurs (probaly the easiest path forward) or to migrate the artifact dropdown to not use VueX.
