Tufts Capstone Project Deliverable: Create an At Risk view for Boards
Insight
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ux-research/-/issues/2909+, the Tufts students found that an At Risk view for Boards is necessary for PMs to be able to complete their job to understand current status of issues. They brainstormed different concepts and tested them with users. They landed on a toggle-based At Risk view.
Supporting evidence
Information aren’t up to date because teammates don’t update them (but note people have different priorities)
PMs need to keep everything on track. PMs need to coordinate that communication
Status with updates and comments - more information about whats going on (blocked, pending)
More in the Pain Point Canvas
Action
Add an At Risk view that can be toggled on/off within the Board view.
