Unified Backups: Investigate how to handle mixed Portable and Cloud backups

Context

During the initial phase of the Blueprint, we realized that some customers may want to have a mixed Backup strategy. While they may be relying on Portable backup type or on Cloud-based backup type, choosing between only one may not cover all their needs.

Here is an example:

• A user started with an Omnibus Installation using regular virtual machines.
• They later on upgraded their installation to one of the scaled architectures and had to install minio.
• After sometime they decided to use their cloud provider Object Storage solution.

In the example above, they could still use the Portable backup type, but they may also want to switch the Object Storage data to the Cloud-based backup mechanism.
