Problem to solve

• Looking for notifications about a specific topic
• Trying to jump back into context on a specific notification you recently addressed

Proposal

• Users should be able to search for notifications from the notification center.
• The following fields should be available for search, if available on the notification:
  • Comment body
  • Comment author
  • Related issue/MR title
  • ...
• Provide semantic search index to help users find notifications based on intent/meaning rather than specific wording
• Limit index to last 6 months of notifications to ensure performant searches
• The UI should use our existing FilteredSearch control from Pajamas
