Add option to preserve MAC address of VirtualBox VMs

Proposal

Add the possibility to configure the "--options", "keepallmacs" proposed in the comment via the runner config might help.

When a new MAC-address is generated for the concurrent Runner VMs this breaks the CI/CD workflow if there's a licensed software that checks the license via the MAC-Adress.
