Remove Issue type check for getting Parent items in Parent widget

The Issue type needs an explicit check to get group items as parent in Parent widget. Once Issues are migrated to work items, this will change and Issues type check needs to be removed for getting Parent items in Parent widget.

  question Why do we have a check only for issues here ? Other group work items should also be able to get the ancestors right ?
