Log token identifiers to help validate which token being used may be expired or invalid

As part of the incident review from token expiration impact on GitLab.com, support team requested the need for a token identifier (token-id/name or similar that is secure to log) to be logged for various API calls. This helps them debug and guide users who may inadvertently have expired tokens being used in workloads
