Reorganize Analyze GitLab Usage docs by workflow
Problem
The documentation in the Analyze GitLab usage area should be organized by workflow, not alphabetical.
Solution
On the top-level page, there is a table that shows "categories" for each of the features. This table should be sorted by category, or split under separate heading levels, for example:
## Developer
Use these features when developing your application.
| Table | Table |
## Productivity
Use these features to help increase productivity .. etc
| Table | Table |
Then, the left nav should be updated to match this order. We want the left nav to be ordered by workflow, not alphabetical.
