`backup_json` log is missing

since we have upgraded gitlab CE (last week) to version 17.0.1 (from version 16.11.2), the backup log file :backup_json.log is not more created. Usually the file is found in /var/log/gitlab/gitlab-rails backups seems to be performed without errors but without logs.

We use this file (backup_json.log) to monitor the daily backups are working fine i read the changelog for version 17.0.* , i cannot found changes about backup_json.log
