Cleanup $blame SCSS variables
Cleanup $blame SCSS variables from _variables.scss and replace usage with appropriate GitLab UI design token or variable.
These are likely to be problematic for dark mode unless explicitly overridden.
Could we replace with design tokens, or other colors to be more predictable between modes and how they are applied generally?
