Update autocomplete suggestions in a dropdown element to include WIT icon

Overview

As we migrate towards using # as reference for all work item types, users will need a way to visually distinguish epics, issues and tasks.

Proposal

In the autocomplete suggestions in a dropdown element, we should add the work item type icon to the suggestions lists so users know the difference between suggested records.
