Add Ability to Delete Self-hosted Models

Current UI for deleting a model in HAML:

Rebuild the delete functionality in Vue, following the Figma designs here.

Note: Only rebuild the modal and success alert shown below (there will be a modal conveying a blocked state which will be tackled seperately)
