AI Impact - disable the drill-down on the Code Suggestions metrics

Problem

Currently the AI Impact Code Suggestions usage drill-down location is pointing to the project info page. This was added as a temporary location for the MVC. It's important to fix this because when users are looking for detailed information about their users, this doesn't provide them with any valuable information.

Proposal

Disable the the drill-down on the AI Impact Code Suggestions metrics at the group and project level.

Considering the feedback we have received, it is most likely that we will add Code Suggestions usage statistics to Contribution Analytics in the future. Therefore, the drill-down links need to be updated as follows:

  1. From the Code Suggestions usage drill-down to Contribution Analytics.
  2. Although Contribution Analytics is only available at the group level, the project level should also frill to it.
