AI Impact - metrics with missing % change should display information why

Problem

On the latest iteration of the AI Impact dashboard, If there is missing data, or there is no change in the data, the table cell in the % change column is empty. This can be confusing and causes the UI to look broken.

Reasons for empty cells:

  • For cycle time, there is no data for April, so December has nothing to compare with, thus there is no change.
  • For vulnerabilities, the counts for both December and April are identical, so there is no % change.

Proposal

Instead of leaving the space blank, we should display the reasons for the missing % change.
