Increase CI/CD YAML Global 'Retry' Keyword Default Options from (0,1,2) to (0,1,2,3,4,5)

Problem to solve
Currently customers only have the option to set the 'Retry' keyword global default settings from (0,1,2) with 2 pipeline retries being the maximum. Reference: GitLab Documentation
Proposal
Some customers are wanting to increase this limit up to 5 retries, and thus the 'Retry' keyword options would be (0,1,2,3,4,5).
