Create a Method to Deliver a Comprehensive DAST Support Package to GitLab for Support Analysis
Often when we handle support escalations, we need the customer to send us multiple artifacts from their job, often from multiple jobs (with support acting as the intermediary). This can sometimes cause significant delays, particularly when customers don't realize exactly which artifacts we are asking for (the job log is often mistaken for the scan log, the auth report or crawl graph is overlooked, etc).
It would significantly cut down on the delays and back-and-forth if there was an easy way to package up all of the details of a job and send that package to GitLab support for use in troubleshooting an open issue.
Details to be worked out (among possibly many others):
- How to ensure potentially sensitive information is redacted
