Problem to solve
Today the RCA feature determines a possible cause and fix with only job logs. An accurate fix could be determined if an additional context such as .gitlab-ci.yaml was also provided. (See &13080 (comment 1901200374)) as an example
Proposal
Allow users to include their Gitlab CI file in the root cause analysis of the job failure.
Next steps:
Determine interest and also run internal tests to see if the quality of the response is improved with additional context.
Assess if just the raw YAML file is enough or we can include a fully compiled YAML
