Track Mermaid graph improvements

Our Mermaid graphs lack two things:

Font styling:

Proposal

This is a good warmup for me each day: a few minutes per day of cleaning up something that isn't time-sensitive, but nice to have. No pressure, just gradually rolling improvements.

Who can address the issue

Technical writers.
