User mapping - Add in-app confirmation step

#443555 (closed) describes the initial step of adding the controllers that support accepting or rejecting a user mapping assignment.

An extension proposed in #443555 (comment 1878938467) is to direct the user to a show action that confirms the details of the assignment and allows the user to accept or reject it.
