GitLab Duo Chat keyboard shortcut Alt+D no longer selects address bar in Edge

Summary

Pressing Alt+D now no longer does my browser (Edge)'s behavior - selecting the address bar and highlighting the current address. Instead, it opens GitLab Duo Chat. This doesn't happen while the cursor is in a text area.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to a page on gitlab.com in Microsoft Edge on Windows.
  2. Make sure you don't have a textbox or textarea active (that is, no text editor cursor is active).
  3. Press Alt+D

Example Project

What is the current bug behavior?

GitLab Duo Chat opens, hijacking the browser's keyboard shortcut behavior.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The browser's keyboard shortcut behavior should trigger, moving the cursor to the address bar and selecting the current address.
