Single command to install workspaces proxy on your Kubernetes cluster

Problem

There are a lot of steps to setup workspaces today.

Solution

Once we overcome the DNS registration and SSL certificate in #460806 we may be able to generate a single helm command to install everything in 1 go. It would be good if we could provide a similar single command install like the agent.
