Create demo projects for different SAST ruleset configurations

Context

There are different ways to set up SAST scanners for a project and how to do each is not easy to figure out just by reading the documentation.

Desired outcome

It would be helpful to have demo projects that illustrate how and why to set up SAST scanners using

• Remote ruleset
• Custom ruleset
• Override rules

These demo projects should be easy to understand and help explain why an organization would choose different methods and how to set them up.
