Show important labels on TODO view

Problem

When looking at TODO list page I don't see priorities of TODO items. Usually TODO on priority1 item is more important than a TODO on priority4.

Proposal

Add user-level configuration which allows you to set a list of label which a user wants to be displayed on TODO view. E.g. I can specify priority1 or security as labels then a TODO will show these labels if corresponding parent item (usually Issue or MR) has specified label.
