Frontend: Remove the beta label for catalog resource toggle in settings page

Summary

Currently, the beta label still shows for the toggle for catalog resource in the settings page.

Proposal

Remove the label in the settings page.

Confirm purpose and User Reception (how does this benefit the user?)

User won't be confused with any beta references since we'll be in GA shortly.
