Provide ability to filter on Active vs Archived projects in the Group-level Vulnerability Report

Proposal
When an InfoSec persona views a Group-level Vulnerability Report, it would be helpful to them to be able to differentiate between vulnerabilities found in an Active Project vis a vis an Archived Project.
The reason for this is some Archived Projects may still have an application deployed in a production environment, and the customer would like to know if a new vulnerability is identified in the production environment. (As the customer would like this visibility in the Group-level Vulnerability Report, that implies it would also go into the Project-level Vulnerability Report.)
It is possible that this request is diametrically opposed to what is being asked for in this Issue: #213144 (closed)
It may also not be compatible with our plans to implement a retention policy of archiving records that are older than a particular interval.
