Audit Log: Include changes to important project settings

Customer would like critical/security-related project setting changes to show up in the audit log. A specific example is changing of project visibility. It would be really helpful from a security perspective to see who changed visibility if for example, a project was erroneously changed from 'Private' to 'Public'.

@mydigitalself Will you please consider prioritizing even a minimal implementation here - like the specific visibility piece the customer asked for? Then maybe we can come up with a list of other security-related setting change nice to haves that we can create a follow up for.
