Pipeline Favicon Not Being Changed

Summary

Favicon on a pipeline page is not being changed after all jobs are done (all successful or one failed blocking the other stage to continue).

The path to the page is: /<GROUP>/<PROJECT>/pipelines/<PIPELINE_ID>

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a pipeline page with ongoing jobs (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/pipelines/16084224)
2. Wait until jobs are done
3. Observe favicon in the browser

What is the current bug behavior?

Favicon stays in the "running state"

What is the expected correct behavior?

Favicon to change accordingly.
