Problem

For users that are creating reports outside of GitLab, there currently isn't an easy way to export data from Value Stream Analytics.

Proposal

• Learn more about the report creation process
• Add a control to the UI to allow export (eCharts makes it easy to enable export as png and csv)
• Setup tracking to understand with of the export options are most commonly used
