Maven Package Allow/Disallow Duplicates at Project Level
Problem to solve
A large Ultimate, SaaS Customer is requesting this feature due to their use case:
"We have a setup in Nexus where we only allow duplicates for snapshots and other repositories but we don't allow duplicates for Company-release. Here in Gitlab, Company-release is a Gitlab project under the Maven group. We don't have any settings at the project level to allow/ disallow duplicates. We have duplicate settings at the Maven level. However, there are not many examples in Gitlab documentation to add exceptions. It will be useful if these settings are at the project level.
