Overview

Create a test framework that for testing runner fleet autoscaling configurations. The goal is to have a repeatable test framework with which to baseline the performance of runner autoscaling configurations on Google Compute Engine.

The configuration options to include:

• VM instance type for the runner worker VM's

Testing goals

1. Establish a baseline for CI/CD job performance as measured in job duration.

Google Compute Machine Types in scope

• Family = General Purpose
• Series = N2D
