Define the getting started GKE cluster configuration

Overview

Define the getting started cluster configuration for the default GKE cluster used for the automated runner setup.

Configuration parmeters to define include:

• Machine family
• Machine type
• Machine series
• Image type
• Node count
• Boot disk type
• Boot disk size
• Bood disk encryption

Note - we may be able to define a basic configuration, similar to the cluster configurations provided via GKE Autopilot.
