Problem to Solve

Today, customers who are using on-demand DAST scans may find them tedious to configure because they can only be configured on a per-project basis.

Proposal

Create a way for customers to configure on-demand DAST scans for multiple projects in a scalable way. Automate as much as possible. Configuration could be via API or UI.
