Unship: Option to avoid highlighting hidden unicode characters

Problem to solve

Convention over configuration encourages only offering configuration choices that are necessary. We introduced a change in 14.5 that adds a configuration option to warn users about hidden unicode characters.

Remove the setting option. Always warn about potentially unwanted characters because this is the more secure option.
