Improve UX of pipeline failure notification emails

Description

Today when a pipeline fails, a notification email is being sent. When a pipeline fails because of a build being retried by someone who is not the original author of a pipeline this is confusing, because the information about the person who triggered the build is not visible in the email:

If it would be another team member who retried a build, I would get this notification again, and this can be surprising by people who receive such an email.
