Feedback issue for the guide for Adding a new relation to the direct transfer importer

Context

Direct transfer, a tool with which users can migrate GitLab group and project resources between GL instances, doesn't migrate all existing group and project relations yet (list of migrated group and project items). With more resources added, customers will enjoy more complete migrations and features usage on their new GitLab instances won’t be delayed.

Import and Integrate group don’t have capacity and might lack knowledge in order to reliably and safely add all missing resources ourselves. Therefore, to enable all the groups to contribute to Direct transfer we wrote a step-by-step guide for Adding a new relation to the Direct transfer importer.
