[FE] Move change role functionality to member drawer detail

Access role and permission details from settings > roles & permissions	Access role and permissions from member page in drawer detail Drawer detail contains: account, role, description and permissions Drawer detail reflects dropdown selection Drawer contains an action button to `Save` which updates member's role in group or project
Toast notification when member's role is updated successfully.	No change to toast notification message: `Role updated successfully.` Show toast notification after user selects role and clicks "Save" Drawer remains in view until user clicks "x"

Move change role functionality to member role detail drawer:

Access role and permission details from settings > roles & permissions

Access role and permissions from member page in drawer detail

Drawer detail contains: account, role, description and permissions
Drawer detail reflects dropdown selection
Drawer contains an action button to Save which updates member's role in group or project

Toast notification when member's role is updated successfully.

No change to toast notification message: Role updated successfully.

Show toast notification after user selects role and clicks "Save"

Drawer remains in view until user clicks "x"
