VSD Usage overview - popover arrow has a purple color

@blabuschagne I noticed this issue when testing the Usage panel. Not sure if there is already an open issue for this?

@lvanc Found the cause of this – it's a side effect of styles that were meant to be scoped to a Duo Chat component but weren't, confirming my initial suspicion that this was a widespread issue. Fix incoming
